A Message from Anand Gangadharan, President, NOVI Energy

Any time I am asked why NOVI is successful and continuing to grow, my answer is immediate and uncomplicated: Our people are our greatest asset, and a major part of my job in growing a world class company is to continually identify and recruit new members of the NOVI team as well as support those who are already onboard.

What do I look for in this ongoing labor of love? First, I look for not only the requisite professional experience and education, but more importantly, I try to identify people with a real passion for alternative energy and the other technologies we utilize. The saying goes: “Show me a person who loves what they do, and I’ll show you a person who won’t have to work another day in their life.”

Next, I seek out team players. NOVI assigns teams of employees to each of our development projects or consulting assignments. We problem solve as a group, and we get results because we are able to effectively communicate with each other and our clients and other stakeholders. We either succeed together or we don’t, but our teams at NOVI believe that failure is not an option.

In addition, I support and encourage a culture within NOVI of accepting responsibility, working hard and looking for innovative solutions to whatever obstacles we encounter. NOVI has a “Can Do” culture in which all of us are proud.
