As a Schedule holder with the General Services Administration (GSA), NOVI Energy can provide a full range of energy services including energy management planning and strategies, energy audits, energy consulting and Resource Efficiency Management (REM) services through Schedule 03FAC.
NOVI is a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program and is a minority business certified by the Michigan Minority Business Development Corporation (MMBDC).

Comprehensive Professional Energy Services (CPES)
NOVI has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a full suite of Comprehensive Professional Energy Services (CPES). This blanket agreement helps agencies achieve their energy, greenhouse gas and water conservation goals using a streamlined acquisition process. Some of the services available through this BPA include:
- Comprehensive energy analysis and modernization projects
- Building commissioning services
- Metering and advanced metering
- Energy and water audits and analysis
- Turn-key renewable energy solutions
- Energy choice analysis and Feasibility Studies

Other Blanket Purchase Agreements
NOVI has also been awarded a BPA with the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) for providing Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies through the VA BPA Contract # VA776-BP-0016.
NOVI has conducted numerous feasibility studies through this blanket analyzing various renewable technologies including Solar Photovoltaic, Wind, Ground Source Heat Pumps, (GSHP) and Combined Heat and Power (CHP).
