Our Featured Projects

Utility scale solar photovoltaic and energy storage development

Our team of innovative problem-solvers is developing large (50 – 200 MW size) solar PV projects across the country. We are working closely with the communities we work in to deliver such state-of-the-art energy solutions.

Energy storage is an up and coming technology application that allows renewable energy to be stored and dispatched as needed. This technology is recognized as an important piece of the new energy landscape. Both technical performance and affordability are continually improving.

Clean Energy Development

The U.S. industry relies on clean, natural gas as a fuel and feedstock. Our team works with industrial customers to increase their efficiency by employing combined heat and power technologies whenever possible; or, deploying very efficient distributed generation as an alternate to T&D buildout.

Our team develops projects using advanced class combustion turbine technology that can allow utilities to seamlessly integrate very high levels of renewable energy into their system. These plants are able to respond quickly to variable levels of solar or wind resource based renewables to allow smooth utility operations. Such systems are viewed as an attractive and necessary intermediate solution; as part of the ongoing electric grid transformation.

NOVI Energy designed and built a ballasted roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) 60 kW system for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Eastern Colorado.

Courthouse Solar

We’re working with a private equity partner to develop a 150 MW solar PV project in Charlotte County in Virginia. W’re the developer and conducting all the development actions for this project.
